POSTER PRESENTATION RULES
- Posters should be prepared vertically with dimensions of 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
- The poster title should be written in all capital letters, between 44-50 points and bold.
- A 2 cm margin should be left on the top, bottom, right and left edges of the poster.
- Author name(s) should be written in bold and between 24-36 points.
- Author address(es) should be written in 20-28 points.
The name of the researcher who will present the poster should be underlined. - All headings in the text (Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Findings and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.) should be written in all capital letters, between 24-30 points.
- The poster text should be written in 24-32 points.
- The text should be justified.
- The poster should be written in a clear and easily understandable font (Times New Roman, Arial or Verdana).
- Line spacing can be left for readability.
- The text of the sources in the bibliography should be written in 14-18 point, non-bold letters.
- The sources should be cited with their names and years in the text and should be included in the bibliography section.
- In the presentation of information in the poster, emphasis should be given to visuals (graphs, charts, drawings, pictures, photographs).
- There is no restriction on the use of color in the posters. All kinds of photographs, charts, graphics and drawings can be used. The photographs must be high resolution and can be used in the desired dimensions in the poster.
- Posters will be presented on the dates and times specified in the scientific program. Poster owners will be present at their posters on the days and times specified in the program and will provide information.
- Participants will print the color printout of the posters they will present at the congress in the specified dimensions and hang them on the day and place specified in the congress. Participants do not need to bring fasteners (pins, glue, etc.) to hang the poster. The fasteners will be provided by the congress organizing committee.
